What is the function of the “notifications” under settings in the iOS app?
To be able to track inbound calls, we recommend you enable “Notifications for Inbound Calls” in your “Settings.” This way you’ll get a notification asking whether you want to log a call or not after all inbound calls. You can manage between which times you want to receive the notifications in your office hours. You can also choose to get notifications for outbound calls in your settings. If you prefer to make calls as you would usually do (not through the app), but still want to get the possibility to register them in your CRM, then you should also enable notifications for outbound calls.
