What calls are registered?

All calls you make and receive during your office hours from people whose phone number you have in your CRM are automatically registered. We do not track personal calls to people whose phone number you don’t have in your CRM. You do not need to call from the app for a call to be registered. LiiD registers both inbound and outbound calls.
